EXERCISE B

Peter lives in a apartment but he wants to buy a house with a large yard with many trees, pretty flowers, and a lots of green grass. He wants a garage for his car, he looked at a house yesterday.  It needed a new roof. Last week's rain got inside one of the top room in the house. The backyard gate was very old. It needed a new fence. The back gate didn't close well. The rear door in the back of the house needed work, too. The price for the house is good, but it will take a lot of work. Peter needs to look to other houses before he makes a choice.
